Returns and Refunds
shogvaxxthran wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of our functional textiles. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when you buy as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Your statutory rights
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For distance and off-premises contracts, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the goods, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return. We may deduct from the refund the direct cost of return if you chose a premium delivery method. Custom-made or personalised items may be exempt from the right to cancel; we will inform you before you order.
Our returns policy (beyond the law)
Items returned for a change of mind must be in unused, resaleable condition (in original packaging where applicable) within the period we specify at the time of purchase (typically 14 or 30 days from delivery). Custom-cut fabric or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty; we will confirm when you order. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange if requested and available. Refunds may take a few business days to appear. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
